Hotel Zurich Istanbul Old City

The staff were accommodating and organized a room with a bath as requested. The room was beautifully decorated with spacious and comfortable beds. The mini bar was well stocked and the bathroom was lovely. The room was serviced daily. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food, as well as a sweet selection for those with a sweet tooth. The hotel is easy to find, near a Metro station and tram stop. It is also located near attractions such as the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Many food places are nearby. it was a fantastic stay and we extended our stay due to the enjoyable experience.

I had a very good experience here, everything was really good, the location was stunning not far from centre of Istanbul and the subway and restaurants. I liked my room, it was brand-new and spotless with single beds. Plenty of food for breakfast, the food was amazing.

We loved the hotel's location in this city, as it was close to both the metro and tram stations. The cleanliness of the hotel's facilities was impressive, including the spotless bathrooms. The hotel's staff were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. Finally, the breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, including delicious Turkish options.

I liked spending my time in this clean good budget hotel. I had great food for breakfast for natural juices. The room suited my needs, huge with a double bed.

It was truly a really good stay for our vacation, the hotel met expectations. The venue had a very central position right by metro station, metro 2 min walking. The location was about a 25-minute walk to Sea of Marmara.

The rooms were very clean, and the location of the hotel was perfect. We were able to easily access all the key attractions in the city. the breakfast offered a good variety of food options to choose from.

The receptionist was rude and uncooperative, which really affected our experience. the bathroom had a strange odor and the carpets seemed quite old and dirty.

The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore Istanbul. I was pleasantly surprised by the Turkish decor in my room. Despite some noise from the street, I appreciated the good service and comfortable bed. I recommend this hotel.

Appreciated the place, had a real good stay for a weekend or a work trip. Had above average buffet breakfasts with good view and fruits juices, for example.

I had a great stay at this hotel, with its location being one of its best attributes. It is situated right next to a tram/metro station, making transportation around the city a breeze. The staff members were polite and attentive to my needs. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The bathroom had all of the necessary amenities and was cleaned frequently. The breakfast spread was adequate, though the juice options were a bit lacking. The view from the rooftop breakfast area was stunning with great views of the surrounding area.

The hotel was situated in a busy area and occasionally noise from nearby establishments was audible.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, surrounded by many restaurants. The housekeeping was excellent, providing fresh towels and water bottles every day. The breakfast was lovely with several options available, including hot breakfast items. The concierge went above and beyond by getting our room ready early for a small fee, and we were able to store our bags at reception after check-out.
